Eye Induction

Was by myself all morning and managed to go quite deep under by using a self hypnosis video, just thought I’d tell you about my experience ^^
So the video was a fluttering eye induction, and how it worked was the voice told me to focus on the ceiling while counting back from five, and every number would make my eyes flutter more.
I think the idea was to have me focus on the highest point I could on the ceiling so my eyes would tire and naturally go up. The closer he got to one, the more I could feel myself starting to enter that phase where you’re dozing off and your thoughts are all melting away.
But each time he reached the number one, he would snap his fingers and direct my attention back to the candle on screen.
After the second time he did this, it’s kinda hard to what he was saying exactly, but whenever he told me to focus back on the ceiling he would snap and immediately my eyes would go to the ceiling, it was so cool! Even in a light trance like that, I was following his suggestions without even trying or making the effort!
So he did that to me a couple of times, snapping me to the ceiling, talking me down and making my eyes get heavier and heavier until I felt like I was about to fall asleep, before snapping me back to the candle and giving me some more instructions. Again it’s really difficult to what he said during the candle parts but it was so cool, I was going so deep. And you know I just love being hypnotized, so it was a wonderful experience!
I don’t how long this dance went on for, ceiling-sleepy-candle-ceiling-sleepy-candle ect, but eventually I was allowed to close my eyes and enter very deep sleep. It was so nice, I felt so happy to just sleep. I don’t really too much of being in this deep trance state but I was totally out like a light!
Then at some point he had me reopen my eyes, even though I still felt like I was kind of asleep, and had me focus on the ceiling, before counting me back down and commanding me to sleep again.
At this point I started getting really turned on because it was like, I knew that I was being hypnotized, I knew he had me in his power, and I knew that I was under this very sleepy trance where I couldn’t stop myself from obeying.
It’s worth noting that whenever I was under this deep sleep, I would sort of dream about the candle, but it’s kind of hazy, mostly I just saw black and felt numbness. The inside of my head feels very tingly when I’m in this trance state too, kind of like I’m getting a brain massage.
Eventually he wouldn’t even count me down anymore, I opening my eyes suddenly, looking back to the ceiling, and when he said ‘sleep’, I dropped back down immediately.
I really have no clue what he told me while I was so deeply under, but the next thing I was hearing ‘wide awake, fully awake now’ followed by a finger snap. I felt like my eyes were used a lot, and they were so watery. It was amazing, it felt like I’d just taken a power nap.
I really enjoyed being hypnotized like this ^^
