Reader’s Picks: Sirks
I have been an avid mind control erotica reader since the early 2000s when I first discovered EMCA. As a dominant, power exchange is one of my greatest turn-ons—and what I look for in my favorite stories is the subtle, or unknowing, power exchange between a dominant and another. The submissive or non-dominant’s point of view is important, the best stories are those where they do not know they are surrendering power. The stories with the best conclusions are those where the submissive then yields, surrenders or submits to the power exchange of their own accord.
Bonus points if the victim is transformed or corrupted throughout the journey, including sluttification, bimbofication, or intelligence loss.
A second story kink of mine is that if the control and power exchange are not subtle, then the victim or target must be able to experience it, enjoy it, but otherwise be unable to stop it from happening.
And while these stories satisfy my kink and fetish, non-consensual power exchange should never happen to anyone in real life—it should always be positive and with informed consent. Stay safe out there.
Mesmerciless is one of my favorite authors and the way Kairi is subtly corrupted and transformed into a slut for her e-sports team is magnificent. Chapters 2-3 in particular, where Kairi’s inner monologue reveals her struggle with her thoughts and actions, are tremendous, especially when she surrenders to those thoughts and desires. There’s even a hero in the story who wants to save Kairi—and in the end everyone finds their rightful place.
Mesmerciless’s stories fall right into all my common themes. Also check out: A Slave’s Doubts and True or False.
While the setup is a bit contrived, Tess’s gradual transformation from unwilling participant to full-on bimbo in a single night for Dane takes you on a journey of erotic corruption. Tess’s inner thoughts are what make this story great—she fights it every step of the way. When she finally gives in fully, it is as if you were edging for hours and finally granted release. What a story!
Kallie is one of the best writers for a reason, and this story is one of the reasons. Winter alters Alex’s definition of common sense to transform her physically, emotionally, and mentally. Things get incredibly hot in Chapter 8, where Winter makes Alex aware of all the changes before putting them back in. Alex’s corruption and fall is further strengthened by Ashe—a bystander and eventual friend of Alex who provides the ‘vanilla’ point of view on Alex’s changes.
In general, I highly recommend all of Kallie’s stories!
Birth of an Analyst by Greyscribbler
Greyscribbler takes a psychology approach in Madison’s corruption and transformation from student to anal slut to slave. It’s the small moments in the story that excite me—Madison’s stuttering in Chapter 4 when asked to repeat Ethan’s mantras, her mantras repeating in her head when she goes for it in Chapter 8, and her complete downfall in Chapter 14. She retains her intelligence throughout, knowing she is addicted and what that entails, which makes her eventual acceptance that much sweeter in the end. There is some cruelty in the story which seems a bit out of place, where instead of releasing inhibitions Ethan adds some for Madison, but other than that this is a fantastic story that is worth multiple reads.
Greyscribbler has a hall of fame of mind control erotica that hits on the themes of all my favorite stories, check out: College Undercover, Embrace It, Cutting Edge, Business and Pleasure, and Plausible Deniability!
The Adjusters II: The Greek Fiasco by Bulgroz the Third
I really miss Bulgroz the Third and unfortunately doubt we’ll ever see a conclusion to his series of stories set in the Adjusters universe. This is a novel—and the parts I enjoy the most are Jennifer Hansen’s point of view. Jennifer is brainwashed, corrupted, and made to enjoy and observe her own transformation. Chapters 17-19, A Day in the Life (4-6) is a perfectly great story by itself, as you get to witness Jennifer’s struggle: she feels everything her body does, but she is no longer in the driver’s seat. Chapter 22, when a fully enthralled Jen meets with her old boyfriend, is incredible.
Check out The Adjusters IV: Running to Stand Still to read of Jennifer’s further adventures.
Heather investigates the flight attendant hiring practices of an airline and is slowly brainwashed into a service slut. A quick read with a hot crescendo where Heather requests to meet with the HR manager Diane, who then pushes Heather to relive her last few days of indecent behavior at work and self-identify as a service slut.
It’s the punk rock/goth rock theme for this story that intrigues me. Raven’s predicament, her attempt to escape it, and her horror as she participates in her own corruption and transformation is what makes this story work. The scene where Raven the kinky gothic sex doll is walked out on stage, and her bandmate unbuckles her ball gag before she starts singing—what a moment.

EMCA only has the first chapter—and what a chapter it is. RabbleLaid builds out a universe where a magical ingredient makes Eliza addicted to her husband’s bully’s semen. She fights it, but surrenders to her new needs eventually. RabbleLaid has a talent for laying out these enticing predicaments for his characters and Cumbunny is one of their best stories.
Jukebox’s stories always get a rise out of me—there’s far too many to pick to recommend. For a short and quick entry into his style, I highly recommend Handlebars. Madison visits her tutor determined to have a platonic session—not realizing her actions and clothing indicate otherwise. Nick’s personification of Madison’s pussy unlocked a new dirty talk fantasy for me!
Other great Jukebox entries: Unaffected, Facedown, X Marks the Spot, Under My Thumb, Unbreakable, Rumor Mill, and Pussy Control.
Grace is a proxy host for an AI girlfriend and this story showcases her transformation and corruption from an innocent, guilty participant to full-on identity adoption as “Karumi”. Chapter 9, where Karumi invites Grace to speak through her to David, is the breakthrough for the rest of the story. I hope the author continues to write and share with the rest of us!
A Woman’s Place by Alecta’s Shadow
Alecta’s Shadow is certainly one of my favorite authors. This story takes you on a journey as a feminist woman finds herself subtly mind-controlled to ruin her own identity and eventually accept her rightful place next to her rival and master. It’s Claudia’s inner dialogue that makes this story great—especially when her intelligence begins to dwindle and the reader notices it before she does.
Alecta’s Shadow has another great story in Starkiller, worth a read!
