The Devil’s Valentine Stage Show
Foreword:
All characters that appear in this story are above the age of 18. This is a special story I wrote on the occasion of Valentine’s day. All three chapters have already been shared on my discord for patrons! Happy Valentine’s day!
Chapter 1
Chuck and Katie didn’t have any plans for Valentine’s Day. That in itself was a very rare occurrence. They had been dating for the past five years, five years of birthdays, anniversaries, stupid little inside jokes and Valentine’s Day had always been special in its own way. Some years it was dinner at that overpriced Italian place downtown, other years just takeout and a movie on the couch because neither of them felt like getting dressed up. But this year they just couldn’t figure out something that could work. Work had been brutal for both of them, Katie pulling late nights on her latest design project, Chuck stuck on endless client calls. By the time the week rolled around they were too tired to even pretend they had energy for romance.
That was until Katie’s friend Xander handed them two tickets to some fancy hypnosis show that started late night on Valentine’s Day eve. He said he’d meant to go with someone but she was occupied at the moment, so when he heard Katie complain about not having anything to do, he decided to help a friend out. Chuck looked at the tickets, glossy black cardstock with gold foil lettering and figured it was better than sitting at home scrolling through everyone else’s perfect date nights on Instagram. He talked Katie into accepting them. She rolled her eyes but smiled that half-smile she did when she knew he was right.
Now Chuck held Katie’s hand as he wove through downtown traffic toward the swanky hotel where the event was being held. Katie looked gorgeous in her red cocktail dress. The fabric clung in all the right places, seductive and revealing while still managing to be classy. The neckline dipped low enough to show the delicate chain of her necklace, the hem hit mid-thigh and every time she shifted in her seat the dress rode up just a fraction. She had her black hair swept up in a fancy updo, a few loose strands framing her face, and their engagement ring caught the ing streetlights, throwing tiny sparks across the leather seats. Chuck loved the woman. He knew Katie loved him just as much if not more. Five years in and he still caught himself staring at her like some lovesick idiot.
When they stepped out of the car the cold February air hit them hard. Katie tugged her coat tighter and Chuck put an arm around her waist as they walked into the lobby. The place screamed money, marble floors, chandeliers, a doorman in a tux who didn’t even blink at their casual-but-dressed-up vibe. They showed the tickets at a discreet section near the elevators. The hostess, tall, dark lipstick, hair pulled into a severe ponytail, glanced at the cards, smiled and led them to a private elevator. No buttons, just a keycard swipe. The doors closed and the car dropped smoothly, three floors underground.
When the doors opened the air changed. Cooler, thicker, scented with something sweet and heavy that Chuck couldn’t place. The hallway was dim, lit by recessed lights that made everything look expensive and slightly offputting. At the end stood a massive door, metallic, vault-like, with gold engravings curling around the edges like old script. A small poster board leaned against the wall beside it.
The Devil’s Valentine Stage Show: An Erotic Hypnosis Experience to !
Katie stopped short. “Wait. Erotic hypnosis?”
Chuck read it again, felt a small twist in his gut, then laughed it off. “It’s probably just a gimmick. They slap ‘erotic’ on everything these days to sell tickets.” He squeezed her hand. “We came all this way. Might as well see what it is.”
Katie gave him that look, the one that said she wasn’t buying it but wasn’t going to argue in front of strangers. She let him pull her forward. The vault door swung open on silent hinges, revealing a wide, low-ceilinged hall. Round tables arranged in a semi-circle facing a small stage. Maybe sixty, seventy people already seated, murmuring, sipping drinks. The lighting was low, purple and blue washes across the walls, candles flickering on every table. Soft jazz played from hidden speakers.
A woman in nothing but black lace lingerie and heels approached them. She had a paper nametag pinned to her bra strap, ‘Chloe’ it read along with a bright, practiced smile. “Table for two? Right this way.”
Chuck’s eyes dropped to her cleavage for half a second before Katie’s elbow dug into his ribs. “Eyes up here, fiancé,” she muttered under her breath, but there was a tiny smirk in her voice.
They followed Chloe to a table near the middle, close enough to the stage that they’d have a clear view. Katie slid into the seat first, smoothing her dress. Chuck sat beside her, their thighs brushing under the table. The perfume in the air was stronger now, mild, sweet, almost like vanilla, but it clung to the back of his throat and made his head feel a little light.
Katie leaned in. “Do you smell that? It’s… weird. Nice, but weird.”
“Yeah,” Chuck said, inhaling again. “Kinda overpowering.”
Before he could say more the lights dimmed further. A low hum rolled through the room as the massive vault doors behind them thudded shut. The sound of heavy bolts sliding into place echoed. Locked from the outside.
Katie’s hand tightened on his. Chuck felt the first real prickle of unease crawl up his spine.
Then a single spotlight snapped on, cutting through the dark to the center of the stage.
A man stood there, tall, lean, dressed in a sharp purple-and-black suit that looked tailored within an inch of its life. A purple devil’s mask covered his face, horns curling back, red lenses glinting where eyes should be. He spread his arms slowly, like he was welcoming old friends.
“Good evening,” his voice rolled out, smooth and deep, carrying without a microphone. “Welcome to The Devil’s Crypt. I am the Purple Devil. And tonight… we’re here to celebrate Valentine’s day!”
Chuck shrugged his shoulders, trying to shake off the sudden tightness in his chest. Katie settled back against him, her hand still in his.
They were here for a show.
Might as well watch.
The hypnotist stood center stage, arms still spread like he owned every inch of the room. He tilted his head, the red lenses of his mask catching the spotlight as he scanned the audience.
“So,” he said, voice smooth and carrying without effort, “tell me, my lovely friends… what are you most excited to see tonight?”
A few shouts came right away. One guy near the front yelled, “Tits!” Another laughed and added, “Asses, man, show us some asses!” Then a deeper voice from the back cut through, loud and crude: “I just wanna fuck some bitch’s mouth!”
The room erupted in scattered laughs and whoops. Katie’s hand tightened on Chuck’s thigh under the table. She leaned in close, voice low and sharp.
“That’s disgusting,” she whispered. “Who even says shit like that in public?”
Chuck felt her whole body tense beside him. He put his arm around her shoulders, trying to pull her in. “It’s just drunk idiots trying to sound tough. Ignore them. It’s part of the show, right? They’re playing it up.”
Katie huffed, crossing her arms. “It’s not funny. We’re surrounded by creeps.”
He rubbed her shoulder. “Hey. We’ll leave if it gets too weird. Promise.”
She didn’t relax completely, but the line of her shoulders eased a fraction. She nodded once, small and turned her eyes back to the stage.
When Chuck looked up again, the Purple Devil guy was staring straight in their direction. Not at the table next to them. Not at the row behind. Right at them. The mask made it impossible to read his expression, but the tilt of his head felt deliberate. Chuck’s stomach did a slow flip. He couldn’t place why it bothered him so much, maybe the way the spotlight made those red lenses glow, or maybe just the fact that out of sixty or seventy people, the guy had locked onto their table like he knew something Chuck didn’t. It unnerved him more than the crude shouts had.
The hypnotist broke the stare first. He laughed, a low rolling sound that carried through the speakers.
“Such enthusiasm,” he said, shaking his head like a disappointed parent. “But patience, my friends. We’ll get to all of that and more.” He clapped once, sharp. “To get the fun started, though… I need participants.”
He paused, letting the word hang.
“Normally I’d ask for brave souls to raise their hands. But tonight is a Valentine’s special, after all, I think I’ll pick the ones I wish were my Valentine.”
He brought his gloved hands together in an exaggerated heart shape, tilting his head as if batting his lashes behind the mask in mock romance. The audience laughed again, some of them mockingly cooing. Chuck frowned. If the guy hated the holiday that much, why the hell was he doing a show on Valentine’s eve? The mockery felt pointed, like the whole thing was one big middle finger to couples like him and Katie.
The hypnotist stepped down from the stage, cape swirling behind him. He moved through the tables with easy confidence, offering his hand to women as he went. Some stood up right away, giggling nervously as they followed him. Others hesitated, shaking their heads, looking at the people they were with, but the audience started booing softly, or clapping, or chanting “Go! Go!” until the woman gave in with an embarrassed laugh and took the offered hand. He worked the room like he’d done it a hundred times.
Then he reached their table.
He stopped in front of Katie. Extended his hand, palm up, like a gentleman from some old movie.
Chuck opened his mouth. “She’s not—”
The hypnotist raised his other hand, flat, right in front of Chuck’s face. Silencing him.
Chuck’s words died in his throat. He tried again but nothing came out. His tongue felt thick, stuck. He swallowed hard, confused and looked at Katie.
She was staring at the offered hand, then at the sea of faces turned toward her. Every eye in the room. The spotlight had shifted slightly, catching her red dress and making it glow. She hated being the center of attention. Always had. Chuck could see it in the way her shoulders hunched, the way her fingers twisted the edge of the tablecloth.
The hypnotist waited. Patient. Smirking underneath that mask, Chuck was sure of it now.
Katie glanced at Chuck, eyes wide and pleading. Help me get out of this.
But the words still wouldn’t come. His mouth didn’t work, useless. All he could do was stare back, helpless.
After a long beat, Katie exhaled shakily. She stood. Gingerly. Like she was stepping onto thin ice. She took The hypnotist’s hand.
The room clapped and cheered as he led her toward the stage. Chuck watched her go, back straight, chin up, trying to look composed even though he knew she was dying inside.
The hypnotist guided her up the short steps and positioned her in the line with the others. Six women total now, standing shoulder to shoulder under the bright lights. Katie was third from the left. She kept her arms crossed over her chest, eyes darting around like she was looking for an exit.
The hypnotist stepped back to center stage and raised both arms.
“A big round of applause, please, for our beautiful volunteers!” His voice boomed. “They’re sure to make this a memorable night for everyone.”
He put extra weight on “memorable,” drawing the word out just enough that it sounded like a promise.
Chuck caught it. Felt it settle cold in his gut.
Katie looked out over the crowd. Her eyes found his. That same pleading look, get me out of here, please.
He clapped along with everyone else. Slow. Mechanical. His palms felt numb.
All he could do was watch.
The hypnotist stepped sideways along the line of women, his cape brushing the stage floor. He stopped in front of the woman on the far left, first in the row. She seemed to be in her mid-twenties, auburn hair down to her shoulders, wearing a simple floral dress that looked like it belonged at a family barbecue more than an underground show. Chuck watched her shift her weight from one foot to the other.
The hypnotist pulled a small handheld mic from inside his jacket pocket and held it out to her. “Let’s start with our first brave participant here. Go on, darling, tell everyone your name, how old you are and who you’re here with tonight.”
She hesitated, eyes flicking toward the audience, then took the mic like it might bite her. Her voice came out small at first, then steadier.
“Um… I’m Emily. Emily Harper. I’m twenty-six. And I’m here with my husband.”
The hypnotist snatched the mic back before she could hand it over properly. He turned toward the crowd, grinning wide enough that Chuck could feel it even with the mask in the way.
“Who’s the lucky man who bagged such a hot wife?” he called out, voice booming. “Come on, don’t be shy, stand up and take a bow!”
A couple tables over, a man rose to his feet. Middle-aged, late forties maybe, slightly balding on top with the rest of his hair cropped short. He wore a dark button-down that looked expensive, sleeves rolled to the elbows and a smug little half-smile like he’d been waiting for this. He raised one hand in a lazy wave. The spotlight swung over and pinned him in place, making his gold wedding band catch the light.
The hypnotist clapped slowly. “Well done, sir. Congratulations on landing yourself such a gorgeous piece. She’s a keeper.”
Emily’s face flushed red. She uncrossed her arms, then crossed them again tighter, looking anywhere but at her husband.
The hypnotist turned back to the man. “But what brings you two lovebirds here tonight, my friend? Valentine’s special and all?”
The husband leaned forward, voice carrying without needing a mic. Loud. Casual. Like he was chatting at a bar.
“Yeah, having a hot wife is cool and all,” he said, shrugging. “But I’d trade it in a heartbeat for some goddamn peace and quiet. She’s bitchy. Rude. Nags me from the second I walk in the door. Can’t even watch the game without her bitching about the volume.”
Emily’s mouth dropped open. She took a step forward on the stage, toward her husband, eyes narrowing. “Mark, what the hell—”
The hypnotist spun on his heel, smooth and quick. Before she could get another word out, he waved his hand right in front of her face, once.
“Sleep!”
Emily froze mid-step. Her eyes fluttered shut. Her head dropped forward, chin to chest. She stood there swaying slightly, arms limp at her sides.
Chuck blinked. He hadn’t expected it to work that fast. Or at all.
The hypnotist chuckled into the mic. “Close one there! Quite the feisty one, your woman. My apologies for being so rudely interrupted, sir. Please, continue.”
Mark laughed. A short, barking sound. He didn’t even glance at his sleeping wife.
“Yeah, man,” he said. “Just take her. Give me some other whore and I’ll be satisfied. You can keep her.”
The room went dead quiet for a second. Then laughter exploded, scattered at first, then rolling through the tables like a wave. Chuck felt his stomach turn. He looked around, people were actually clapping, some raising their drinks like it was a toast. Did the guy really just say that? In front of everyone?
Emily stayed stock-still, swaying gently, no sign she’d heard a word.
The hypnotist nodded once, theatrical. “Well,” he announced, voice loud and bright, “I did say I needed a new assistant. Gave my last one away at the previous show, after all.” He laughed again, like it was the funniest thing he’d said all night.
He stepped behind Emily, placed both gloved hands over her eyes and leaned in close to her ear. Chuck couldn’t hear the words, just saw the hypnotist’s lips moving, slow and deliberate. Emily didn’t react at first. Then her head gave a tiny nod. Another. Slow at first, then firmer, more certain, like she was agreeing to everything he said.
After a long moment the hypnotist stepped back, satisfied. He motioned toward her with a flourish.
Suddenly a thick cylindrical curtain dropped from the ceiling, black velvet, heavy-looking, falling around her in one smooth motion and hiding her completely from view.
“I’ve accepted the trade offer so generously provided by our patron here,” the hypnotist declared. “But I can’t have her be part of the show looking so drab, can I?”
“NOOOO!” the crowd shouted back, half-jeering, half-excited.
“Ladies and gentlemen… meet my new assistant, Em!”
A burst of white light flashed from the stage, bright enough that Chuck had to squint. The curtain whisked upward, vanishing into the rafters.
Emily stood there wide awake now. A huge smile plastered across her face. Her floral dress was gone. In its place was a slutty magician’s assistant outfit: shiny red corset that pushed her naked tits up and out barely covering her nipples, tiny black skirt barely covering her ass, fishnet stockings and sky-high heels. Her auburn hair had been teased higher, lips painted bright red. She looked like she’d stepped out of a cheap porno version of a Vegas show.
She bowed low to the audience, cleavage on full display. The room hooted and whistled. Some guys clapped like they were at a strip club.
Em straightened, still beaming and stepped over to stand beside The hypnotist. Without missing a beat, he reached out and gave her breasts a firm squeeze, right there in front of everyone.
She didn’t flinch. Didn’t pull away. Just kept smiling, eyes bright and empty.
“Just testing the goods, you know,” he said into the mic.
Laughter erupted again, louder this time.
Chuck sat there, hands clenched on the table edge, staring at the stage. Emily didn’t even glance toward her husband’s table. She looked happy. Eager. Like none of her previous life had ever happened.
And Mark was already sitting back down, smirking, raising his glass to someone at the next table like he’d just closed a business deal.
The hypnotist turned back to Em, still standing there with that wide, vacant smile, tits out and everything.
“Hey Em!” he called, waving his arm toward the audience like he was presenting a prize. “Do you mind giving your tits a shake for our lovely audience here?”
“I sure don’t, Mr. Devil!” Em answered, voice bright and theatrical, like she’d been doing this routine for years. She grabbed the top edge of her corset with both hands and yanked it down hard. Her breasts spilled free, full, soft, nipples already hard from the attention. She jumped once, light on her toes, then rocked side to side, making them bounce and jiggle in a way that looked practiced. The room exploded with hoots and whistles.
“I hope you like ’em, folks!” she shouted, winking big at the crowd. “Grew ’em myself!”
More cheers, some guys banging on tables. The hypnotist stepped in quickly, reached down between her legs and grabbed her pussy through the tiny skirt, a firm grip with no hesitation. He pulled her back toward him.
“That’s good enough, Em. Go get the prop for the next act.”
Em didn’t flinch or look offended. If anything, her smile got brighter. “Right away, Mr. Devil sir!” She spun on her heel and hurried offstage, tits still bouncing with every step.
Chuck stared after her. How the hell did she know what the next act was? She hadn’t been told anything out loud. The question sat heavy in his gut, but he couldn’t look away from the stage.
The hypnotist moved to the next woman in line. Mid-thirties, sharp features, sleek blonde bob cut straight across her shoulders. She wore a tailored black pantsuit, expensive, crisp, the kind that screamed boardroom. She stood with her arms folded, jaw tight, eyes locked on the hypnotist like she was already planning a lawsuit.
He pulled the mic out again and offered it to her. “Your turn, darling. Tell us who y—”
She snatched it from his hand before he could finish. “Whatever facade you’re running here,” she said, voice cold and cutting, staring him straight in the mask, “I want no part of it. This is ridiculous. I’m leaving.”
The hypnotist just smiled, slow, patient. Then he snapped his fingers right in front of her face.
“Sleep!”
Her eyes slammed shut. Head dropped forward. The audience laughed again, louder this time, like they’d seen the trick coming.
He leaned in close, speaking soft into her ear for a long moment. Then he stepped back and raised his voice.
“Now why don’t you tell us who you really are?”
She lifted the mic to her lips, eyes still closed, voice flat and monotone.
“I’m Isabella Voss. A dumbass CEO who thinks I can boss people around anywhere and they’d listen to me because I’m richer and more powerful than them. I’m here with my team .”
A table near the front, four men in suits, burst into cheers and whoops, raising their glasses because they’d just been named.
The audience laughed harder.
The hypnotist tilted his head. “Looks like money is very important to Miss Voss here. It must pain her to not be making any money while at the show. We can solve that.”
Right on cue, Em came striding back out from the wings, pushing a chrome stripper pole on a rolling base. She positioned it next to Isabella, locked the wheels with a quick stomp of her heel, and stepped back with a little curtsy.
The hypnotist covered Isabella’s eyes with both hands, just like he’d done with Emily. Whispered again, longer this time. Isabella’s head nodded once, twice, slow at first, then eager. When he pulled away, he spread his arms wide.
“Ladies and gentlemen! Please welcome our newly reborn ice queen… Belle!”
The lights shifted, focused tight on Isabella. Music kicked in, low bass thump with a sultry beat. She opened her eyes. No more cold rage. Just a slow, sultry smile, naughty and knowing. She stepped toward the pole, wrapped one leg around it high up and started moving.
Her hands went to her jacket first. She ripped it off roughly, twirled it over her head once, then flung it into the crowd. A guy at a front table caught it and whooped. She kept going, buttons popping on her blouse as she tore it open, skirt unzipped and shoved down her hips in one motion. She didn’t fold anything neatly. She ripped, she tossed, she performed. The bra came next, unhooked and thrown like it offended her. Finally, her panties, sliding down her legs as she spun on the pole, naked now, skin gleaming under the lights. She climbed higher, legs wrapping tight, then dropped into a slow grind that made the whole room roar.
The hypnotist nodded to Em. She unlocked the wheels on the pole’s base and started pushing it, Isabella still twirling and grinding, toward the edge of the stage and down a short ramp into the audience section.
“Anyone wanting a lap dance or just to show appreciation to Belle here can do so in her own private corner for the rest of the night!”
The four men from Isabella’s table were already on their feet, high-fiving each other, moving toward where Em parked the pole. One of them slapped a stack of bills onto a small side table. Belle, the erstwhile Isabella didn’t stop dancing. Just kept smiling, eyes half-lidded, like this was exactly where she wanted to be.
Chuck’s heart was hammering. Everything was happening too fast. He couldn’t tear his eyes off the stage. The way these women changed, snapped into new roles like a switch had been flipped. No resistance left. No memory of who they’d been five minutes ago.
If the hypnotist was going in order…
The thought barely formed before the hypnotist turned around. He looked straight down the line, past the remaining women and beckoned her with one gloved finger.
Katie.
