Countess Cara
Post Mortem
My pitch black lips curl into a smile, kissing the end of my cigarette holder as I exhale a pleasurable drag, watching the smoke form into a dark skull before dissipating.
“So...Uh...Pretty crazy thing going on with the moon, huh...?”
The loud party music nearly drowns out the soft voice of my friend, and I giggle as I spin away from the makeshift bar to face her. Damn, it was such a trip now, seeing the top of her head like this. I’d always usually been the shortest in our group.
“Does...does that have uh...anything....to do..”
Her voice drops to an even meeker whisper, tilting her head up to study me through my chest.
A few neon lights illuminate my sharp grin, and I slink closer to her with a giggle, taking her shoulder in my grasp.
“Oh, don’t be ridiculous sweetie. I haven’t a clue how that happened, but I’m sure it’ll burn itself out, you know like our forests do each year?” I tell her, nuzzling her face. It was so good to see my friend again after so long.
“Besides, I wouldn’t miss this remedying with you for the world. I feel we last parted on such dreadful ...Has it really been two years?”
I puff another skull towards the ceiling, tapping my nails against her skin while she looks around.
Mmm....And has my friend always been so...pretty?
“It’s nice to see you too, Cara...You’ve certainly uhm...uh...developed...” Her eyes trail magnetically to my tits, hypnotized for a moment before looking back into my red gaze.
“Thanks, you should check out my Bonlyfans.” I laugh, before releasing another soft, sensuous moan, playfully strutting around her like a coiling snake.
“Mmmmm, you know, if you ever desire to turn you’ve but to ask...I’d be quite flattered to preserve such a beauty...”
My finger twists around her hair, whilst I pounce onto her shoulders with a wide grin.
“Uhm...Uhhh...” She nervously stammers, drenched with sweat.
“Thank you for inviting me to this by the way, that means a lot. No, really, it does.”
My lips pucker to place a small friendly kiss onto her cheek, a gasp escaping her own as her eyes opened wide.
“Wait, shit..I didn’t just cast the spell on you, did I?”
“Hey! Skank!”
My irises dilate wide open, briefly revealing burning pentagrams. Instantly I spin around, clutching my hands into fists while gritting my sharp fangs.
“I thought I told you never to show your face a- aah...uhhhh.....”
She drops her mask when she comes face to face with my massive chest, my impressive figure towering over her. I listen to her stupid voice trailing off as her jaw drops and her eyes widen, eventually breaking the silence with my own chuckling.
“Funny, I was just thinking of bringing Euronymous’ head to this thing, but I thought that’d be....tacky.”
I fluff her sleeve before closing her agape mouth with a laugh, dancing back to the bar with a flick of my hair. My lips puff a long smoke cloud into her face, while my friend nervously backs away from us with an uneasy expression.
“...Do I know you? Is there some...reason you’re speaking?”
My evil grin never leaves my face as I address her dismissively, carrying myself with an air of superiority over what was so clearly my lesser. Another river of smoke runs from my nose, dancing over my grinning lips as I tap the long holder with my nails.
“I...uh...” She shakes her head, steadying herself.
“Just...just wanted to tell you what a treat Enrique’s been. And how loudly he called my name the other night!”
She scowls back to me, a smile of her own creeping across her face. My black eyelid twitches for a moment, before I show her a grinning, fanged smile, snapping my fingers.
The lights in the party all flicker, a small wispy vortex appearing above my hand. Everyone turns around to face us, cups, masks, and other party accessories pulled into the small tornado.
Soon a pink box lands in my waiting hand, my monella grin widening as I read ‘General Leng’s Donuts’. The lights and music all return to normal, the small vortex dissipating into the air as I hold the container out to her.
“Speaking of treats, would you care for one?” I offer her with a sly grin. She gives an unsure look, slowly opening the lid with a scowl.
“What the fuck even is-WAAAAAAAHHH!!!“
She screams as Beatrice hungrily leaps from a set of glazed crullers, wrapping her long, icing covered legs around the girl’s head and burying her fangs into her eye sockets.
My adversary goes down with a scream, writhing in agony and squealing as she spasms around the floor.
“Oh my god! What the fuck is that thing?!”
“Holy shit! Somebody call the police!!”
“Ahhhhhhh!!!!”
The party descends into panicked chaos as everyone rushes to escape.
My mad, wicked cackling increases as I watch her writhe, the enormous spider only tightening her grip over her face, pumping venom deep inside her brain.
“What’s the matter? The food ain’t that bad, baby!” I laugh maniacally, tossing my head back.
Her pitiful screams become drowned out by my mad howling, slapping my exposed knee and gripping my sides.
“AAAAAAAAHA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HAAAAA!!!!—”
BOOM!!!
My joy is interrupted when the wall beside us explodes, mounds of burning plaster flying past my head as I’m shoved forward with a groan. Rising back up I see the outline of a young woman glaring at me through the rubble, and instantly I recognize her blonde and black hair...
Erika opens her clawed fist to reveal a flame, showing her sharp white fangs to me as her lips part, a mountain of burning plaster crushed by her sharp heel.
“CARA!!!”
She screams at me, stepping through the rubble. Her cute village dress now replaced by a crimson waspie corset, her red eyes burning right through me with a growl.
“......Shit.”
