The Long Fall Down
by Sova
Lia sat at the desk in her lady’s room, dressed for bed and waiting for said lady to return. She was making a sketch of Lady Bea’s eyes to the time. It was something she’d done a million times, she could probably do it blindfolded by now, but she never got tired of it. It was like a meditation doodle at this point. She’d reflexively sketch the lines she’d done so many times while getting lost in thought, her mind wandering to what the real eyes may have her do when she next saw them.
Oh, how Lia would do anything for Bea once those sapphire eyes of hers glowed. Sure, she’d do anything regardless. A lover, a loyal handmaiden, an obedient thrall, Lia was so enchanted by Bea, both magically and by how wonderful she was, that she didn’t really need to put Lia under to get her to do things.
Yet to those like Lia, who loved the joy of being under a fae’s spell, she still craved to be put under. Yes she’d always obey Bea, but there was something special about obeying in a trance. She didn’t just want to be ordered, she wanted to be enthralled. To look into those eyes and feel her thoughts vanish, leaving an empty doll waiting to be commanded. Everything was more fun when she was just a mindless plaything for her mistress.
In the midst of these yearning thoughts Lia felt a set of hands wrap around her from behind. The lovely voice of her lady whispered into her ear, “You must have a full drawer of just my eyes from how often I see you drawing them.”
“Two drawers, actually.” Lia put her hand on Bea’s as they shared a laugh, not yet turning around. “I’ve been in here forever. Here I thought being summoned to my lady’s bedroom would be a bit more scandalous than keeping it warm.”
“I know, darling, that meeting ran much longer than I desired. Of course, I think a yearning thrall is what I want for tonight’s plans.”
Lia rubbed her legs together with excitement. “So, when do we start?”
Bea responded by turning her around in the chair, her sapphire eyes glowing brightly. They were so beautiful, every time Lia saw glow felt just as awe inspiring as the first. A sunless sea of sparkling stars drawing her in to bask in their magnificence.
Lia was beckoned out of the chair as Bea slowly stepped back. She followed obediently, arms hanging at her sides as she went from sitting to kneeling, letting herself fall into the familiar trance she craved. Her head lulled with her smile ever so droopy.
Something was wrong, though. She tried to think of what it might be and then realized that was it. She could still think. Sorta. She definitely was being entranced but it wasn’t going how she was used to. Those eyes could put her under with a wink, it didn’t make sense she was still this aware.
Maybe Bea wanted to say something to her? Lia refocused on her mistress but there were no words she could hear. Just the eyes glowing bright and a smile she’d almost call devious.
“Why…why am I still…still…?” Lia hadn’t fully dropped but that didn’t mean her head was clear. Everything was fuzzy, the sparkles distracting her from putting her thoughts together easily.
“Still awake?” Bea asked with a sly tone that said whatever this was, it was on purpose. She did say she had something planned. Was this it? What could she be doing?
“Yeahh. It’s like you won’t…” Lia gasped and drunkenly pointed at her. “You won’t let me! You’re…you’re like…trance teasing me.”
“Guilty as charged.” Bea’s wonderful laugh echoed in Lia’s emptying head but before she fell into the trance she craved the glow of her eyes caught her again. “I’ve never had trouble putting you under, so I thought I’d challenge myself. See how long I could enchant you but not let you fall fully into the abyss.”
“Meanie,” Lia whined. She’d been edged physically but edging a drop into trance was new. It was quickly proving to be torture, it was like she kept leaping off a cliff and finding herself still standing on the edge when she opened her eyes. “Why’s…why’s it so hard? My brains…jumbled but I won’t drop like I wanna.”
“Because the need to obey overpowers all else. I don’t want you to fully drop, so you don’t.” Bea caressed her cheek. “You’re such a good girl, so obedient you’ll resist dropping for as long as I demand. Or until your mind can’t fight it, whichever comes first.”
Lia’s eyes fluttered from the pleasure of her mistress’s touch, then whined when she pulled away. She was at her mistress’s mercy. Even if she had the will to disobey, it wasn’t like she could enchant herself to drop.
Wait. I can do that. Lia had a glamour on her that could make her eyes glow like Bea’s. It was like a mousetrap, once she triggered it she’d had to get Bea to reset it. It was also meant for emergencies. Obviously this was an emergency, Lia needed to drop so badly. She gathered her muddled thoughts just enough to where the mirror in the room was.
Lia made a heavy noise as she quickly turned around, although a spinning flop was more what she managed in her addled state. Bea was quicker and caught on immediately, covering her eyes as the glamour went off. “Awww, come on!”
“Such a clever thrall you are. Although you did say “wait, I can do that” out loud so I assumed you were about to try something.” Bea laughed. “Your movement was quite telegraphed.”
Lia struggled like a flailing cat but even in the dark the glow of her mistress’s eyes were still there. Still enchanting her, lulling her into docility but keeping her topside as she tried to drop fully into trance over and over. Perpetually falling towards a state she’d never reach.
The fall wasn’t bad, though. While Lia wasn’t in a mindless trance she still was in a trance and that was always enjoyable. Following orders, letting herself give in to the blue glow, giving up her will as mindless bliss took her. She never really got to think about this part for too long. Hard to think of anything when she goes mindless.
This time she was able to really take it in and as she did she realized it was, well, kinda hypnotic. Her arms fell to their sides as she focused on that blue glow, focused on the fall to feel the pleasure of obeying. She just had to fall into trance. Bea would let her get there eventually. Lia didn’t need to think about when. She didn’t need to fight. Just enjoy the fall. The lovely fall into the abyss. Falling and falling…and falling…and…falling…
“Darling?” Bea’s words cut through the fog. She sounded calm but confused.
“Yes, mistress?” Lia said, the words sluggish as they left her lips.
“You went quite still.” There was a pause. “Did you fully drop?”
Lia didn’t answer at first. She tried to comprehend her situation to answer but it was like trying to stand up with no ground beneath her. She wasn’t in a trance but she didn’t feel awake. “I’m not…there…yet. Still…falling.”
“Still falling?” Bea asked with curiosity.
“Falling…falling…never reaching the bottom…mistress won’t let me drop but I can still fall…and fall…and fall…” Lia droned on, her awareness fading as she focused on the lovely fall that would only end when her mistress allowed it.
“Hmmm. So you’re not truly in a trance. Although it sounds like you’ve turned falling towards one into a trance of its own.” Bea massaged her temples with her thumbs, the tingles causing Lia to shiver with delight. “You never fail to fascinate me.”
“...and fall…and fall…and fall…” There were no questions asked so Lia did not answer. She was lost in the loop, it was as close to a trance as she was going to get and it ed for the real thing well enough at first. Yet every moment she didn’t reach the bottom was just another moment of edging her mind seeking mindless bliss.
“Keep these eyes closed,” Bea said as she used her fingers to guide them shut. She gently repositioned Lia so she was kneeling with her legs spread and her hands were on her tits. With a subtle whisper Lia began to fondle herself, the pleasure dragging her faster into the abyss she so deeply wished to consume her. She was still too aware, too awake, too able to understand that the jolt of pleasure was not from her obedience but from her mistress fingering her cunt.
Yet Lia was too entranced by her own fall to react to anything else. Her words a monotone repetition as the word ‘fall’ began to lose all meaning.
“That’s a good girl. Just keep falling, the pleasure driving you deeper but somehow the surface is always within reach,” Bea whispered into her ear. She continued to finger her with expert skill, Lia’s repetition losing its rhythm as she moaned involuntarily. “Like a stretched rubber band the trance you’re plummeting towards will snap that little mind of yours.”
Lia’s mouth watered at the thought. She was losing herself even more, the only thing keeping her up was her need to obey. She couldn’t drop, she just had to fall…and fall…and fall…
“Ohoho, those words are getting mumbly. The mind twisting as it holds on for dear life. How far can I stretch it, I wonder?”
As far as my mistress desires. Lia was having trouble ing why she was being edged, what she was even falling towards, but the pleasure told her it was something she wanted. It was something so good. She was doing good. She was a good girl. Good girls obey. Good girls fall…and fall…and fall…
“Thoughts so mushy but they aren’t allowed to leave. Not until I say that lovely word you are waiting to hear.”
Not allowed to leave. Not allowed to drop. Lia wanted to drop, she wanted to cum, she was overflowing with thoughts she couldn’t understand and pleasure that overwhelmed and a desire for release that she would’ve begged for if she could do anything other than fall…and fall…and—
“Sleep.”
Lia finally fell into trance and by the gods was it visceral. The abyss she thought endless apparently had a bottom as her mind hit it full force and she shattered. Her body both gave out and climaxed, a clash of needs leaving a convulsing doll moaning so loud it bordered on screams. Her eyes were rolling into the back of her head, her hands squeezed either her tits or a hand or whatever it could grab she had no way to tell anymore. It was beyond comprehension and yet she tried to comprehend it anyways just so she’d feel the pleasure break her further.
It was unclear how long the moment lasted. Lia just eventually found herself slumped in her mistress’s arms, in the deepest trance she’d ever been in. Although that implied there was anything left of her to comprehend that. Nothing worked anymore, her brain, her body, it all gave out as the pleasure overload completely destroyed her. Just an empty doll.
“Such a good girl. So calm, so empty, so obedient.” There was a guilty sigh as Bea turned her around. Lia didn’t resist, she was a ragdoll in her arms. “I didn’t intend to push you that far tonight. Are you ok?”
Lia responded with her head dropping into Bea’s chest as she drooled on her nightgown. She didn’t really care. Caring required a mind and that was long gone. It was so nice it was finally gone. The giddyness made her giggle, even more so when Bea softly chuckled with her.
“I suppose that’s a yes. So adorable.” Bea gently grabbed her by the cheeks and turned her head to look at her glowing eyes. Lia felt the strength to hold herself upright return, only enough so she wouldn’t have to look away. “That’s a good girl, just stare and relax. You don’t need to worry, I’ll put you back together.”
“Thank you mistress,” Lia mumbled, her words clearer but her mind still empty. The glee of being called adorable filling her empty head with joy, right alongside being a good girl for her mistress.
“You’re welcome, darling. Let’s get you cleaned up.” Bea stroked her hair. The world was fading, leaving only the blue glow left. Her words were growing more distant with every moment. “You can rest now. Your body will do the work while your mind drifts off like it always—”
That was the last thing Lia could even comprehend before true mindlessness took her. The wonderful blank bliss that she had fought to receive so dearly. It was incredible, it was intoxicating, and she never wanted to leave. The part of her that knew she eventually would have to was asleep. Everything was asleep. Her body obeyed whatever orders her mistress gave, to clean up, to go a second round, to speak mantras of obedience. Lia didn’t know what those orders were because she was empty. Just a doll performing a routine.
The fall had been long but the reward of blank bliss was worth every moment.
